Since a young age, her dream was to have a career in the wedding industry. She loves getting to know clients, helping them plan, and most importantly, being there day-of to oversee the timeline and make sure the event is running as planned. There is no better feeling for her than watching the wedding or event come together and seeing everyone enjoy themselves.
I wanted to take a moment to let you all know how happy we were with our day-of coordinator, Janelle, at our 9/13 wedding at Villa Parker. From the moment we connected, Janelle was kind, thoughtful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She has indeed found her calling in wedding planning. I could rest easy knowing that she was there to support us. From ensuring that the caterers were holding up their end to providing advice on what she knows works best, she ensured things were perfect, and went above and beyond. Janelle was so great to work with for our wedding. She was willing to hold our hands throughout the entire process, ensuring we met well in advance of the wedding day to talk through details. She asked questions on many things we would not have thought of without her expertise! She guided us on timelines and provided us with recommendations, as needed. She made sure everyone understood what was happening at the wedding rehearsal, so we knew what to expect. On the day of, she made the day so easy and enjoyable, taking care of all the details so we didn't have to worry. She did an incredible job!! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Janelle was an absolute life saver! We were completely overwhelmed with what felt like a never-ending to-do list for our wedding, and had less than 2 months to figure it all out.
Then we met Janelle, and she instantly removed a tremendous amount of stress/pressure! She was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure the wedding went as smoothly as possible. We genuinely think the wedding wouldn't have been near as memorable if it weren't for Janelle. In fact, Janelle helped us have an outdoor wedding with 40-70mph+ winds! If that's not impressive, we're not sure what is!

Experience- Wedding Planners listen to your vision and are a huge resource. They know a lot of vendors in the industry that they have worked with and trust to make your event flawless.
Save money- Hiring a planner can oftentimes save you money by referring other vendors. They have strategies to cut costs when planning. Who doesn’t want to save money!
Timeline- a wedding coordinator will plan the timeline for your special day. They know how to create smooth transitions and make everything work together. They will also plan and implement your rehearsal to answer all the important questions for the day.
Facilitator- Coordinators understand all the moving parts of a wedding and how vendors work together. They facilitate and act as a point of contact before and during your wedding.
